At Nor Origin, we want your experience to feel simple, transparent, and stress-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, cancellations, and damaged items.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this tracking link to follow your order at any time.
Estimated delivery times
Netherlands & Belgium
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Europe
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
International orders
Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Nor Origin is not able to control the exact delivery date.
Shipping Delays
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@nororigin.com with your order number. We will check the tracking status and, where possible, open an investigation with the carrier.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or local delivery services do not automatically qualify for a refund or cancellation once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking Has Not Updated
Sometimes tracking information may take a few business days to update, especially for international shipments.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@nororigin.com. We will help check the status of your shipment.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
- Your mailbox or parcel locker
- Neighbours or household members
- Your building reception or management
- Your local carrier or pickup point
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Nor Origin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the Netherlands or European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by your local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Nor Origin cannot refund customs charges, import taxes, or fees applied by your local customs authority.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Nor Origin order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will help you find a fair solution.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@nororigin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days. The product should be returned in its original condition, unused where applicable, and with its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the eligible amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
Hygiene & Personal Care Products
Because Nor Origin products are personal care items, we may not be able to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or unsealed for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your legal rights, Nor Origin may offer a satisfaction guarantee on selected products or promotions.
If a satisfaction guarantee applies to your order, it will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout. To request a refund under a satisfaction guarantee, please contact us at support@nororigin.com with your order number and a short description of your experience.
Unless stated otherwise, refunds under a satisfaction guarantee are limited to one refund per customer, household, or shipping address.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

- Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
2. We review your request
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Return or refund processing
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions or process your refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After processing, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nororigin.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.
You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the issue was caused by damage, defect, or an incorrect item.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Free promotional samples
- Products purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers
- Opened or used personal care products, unless faulty or incorrect
Cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled after it has been placed.
If you made a mistake or wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@nororigin.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Address Errors
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Nor Origin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@nororigin.com.
If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee any changes.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or unpaid customs charges, we may deduct shipping costs, return fees, or handling costs from any eligible refund.
